Well I had my mechanic look at it yesterday and found one of the plugs under the car was real loose..hanging out I guess. Anyway he popped it out rebent the little clips that keep it in place and stuck it back in. With all this rain were having

it won't take long to find out if that was it. He brought up to me if it still gets wet then I might have a clog in the sunroof drainage and the only way to fix that is to litteraly rip the inside of the car apart! Has anyone else dealt with this problem? Is thier anyway to force air through it or anything to clean it out?

not too sure on that. lets hope i was right and the problem turned out to be the plug

The most common cause of water leaks on E36 is the door membranes this is the sound deadening between the door card and the door. If it’s not fully sealed across the bottom the water runes over the top of the door seal and in to the car.
