Hi, I own a 1992 316i recently and during the process of making minor repairs I have noticed that the electric windows appart from my driver side not working anymore, continue to be powered up and operational even after the car is off and the keys are out of the ignition.
Anyone got an idea as to why this is happening? Or if this is normal?
Hello... My 1994 and 1992 e36's have the same "feature". After parking and pulling out the keys, the windows are still operational for a few minutes AFTER the key is out of the ignition. This features comes in handy when I'm in a rush and pull out the keys... only to notice that I left the windows down.
