Because I always assumed my cars new problem came fron the front due to weakened bushings, I never assumed the rar would be involved. Just a quick cursory glance didn't reveal much because I wasn;t expecting to find anything. It was dark when I looked the first time with a low wattage flashlight too, so that helped me miss some things. Lets start with that looks normal.

I'm serious pres, hire a lawyer and get the lawyer to agree to sue for damage to the car, (the frame's bent!) court costs, and lawyer fees.
They BROKE PARTS on your car, not just a messed up alignment!

Hehehe. No lawyers involved (yet). Sent a nasty email w/ above pics. In my first email with them they said they don't cover such problems. New email and pics. This:

Wheel vibration above 60 mph and hard to hold in a straight line. Cornering is also impared.
