Water Flap?

Does anyone know what this is called....or the part number? Its on a 1998 328iS.

In the ETK, it is called a trim panel... as with a lot of things... here is the part number 51718130071 for the left
51718130072 for the right

I replaced mine and picked them up from a salvage yard for a low price.

Yeah there are four parts or four sections....two in front of the front tires marked 1 and 2 and two in front of the rear tires...I assume would be marked 3 and 4....I replaced 1 and 2 at the dealership when i noticed that 1 was hanging loose and 2 was broken in half. They were like $7 each and in theory an easy DIY...but they were tough for me to change since the original screws were rusty and hard to remove....without jacking the car up..

Excuse my ignorance...what is ETK?...and do you know who (online) carries these parts?
