what's the valve phase length (or how you call it in english? ) in degrees and valve lift in :
325 non vanos (intake ant exhaust valves)
325 vanos
328 ?

I really have no idea. The only thing I know about that is how flatter the cams (how in english?), the faster it is --> more HP. For illustrate this see the pic below. The first is a 'slow' one, the other the 'fast' one!

yeah, because valve duration is longer.
