Didn't Umnitza have a deal on this a month or two back for $50-$60 less? I think you can do better on the price.
I bought the turner kit
little more expensive
very lowkey (looks like stock pullies)
can underdrive alternator
freer reving, and noticed gains from 2k-4K
To do list:
Suspension--- researching
UUC System U TDM- 3/05
M50 manifold converstion 3/05
off to the tuning shop for custom software 4/05
Cams/lightened flywheel, throttlebody........ well lets see what happens
I have the UUC underdrive pulleys. I don't really know if they made a significant HP gain alone because i did the fan delete at the same time. However, doing both i can definitely feel more HP and throttle response has increased significantly. My car pulls a lot harder, throw yourself back in the seat feeling, above 2500 rpms. I'd recommended it. Very easy DIY especially if you already have the fan off.

I was looking at TMS pullies, but they're like $300 if I remember right... I'm about to look into UUC.
And I have a pretty powerful sound system, so I didn't think I could underdrive the alternator, but TMS offers a special pully for alternators with a sound system on it, does UUC?
Also does anyone know any good DIYs for a fan delete mod? I've seen one or two, but they're not very good.
Followup Edit: I just read the entire UUC site. They don't underdrive the alternator, so my system isn't going to be affected.
I bought all my UUC stuff and the fan delete kit from understeer.com, they also have a great DIY on the fan delete mod. Chris is a really good guy and will do all he can to help you out. Plus, almost all stuff from UUC ordered through understeer has free shipping. If you do the fan delete it's probably a good idea to replace the plastic thermostat housing to the aluminum housing.

Would the stock belt fit for the underdrive pulley?
thanks in advance

YES you have to replace the belt. I'm not sure if the stock belt would fit, but why risk it? The water pump pulley is a little larger, but the power steering pump is the biggest difference. Most pulley kits come with new belts anyway. If you're still looking into the UUC pulleys from understeer they come with a new belt and a new AC belt.

I'm also interested in getting some underdrive pulleys. I have a stock audio system, and am looking into both UUC pulleys, I like their low price, but they dont under drive the alternator. TMS pulleys seem good also, but are expensive but run the alternator. Im also curious, they say that it reduces the cars systems by 10-20%.. The power steering pump, water pump, and on some kits, the alternator. Have any of you experienced any problems in any of the water pump and or power sterring systems because of the underpulleys? If any of you have more feedback on your experience im always listening. Thanks in advance.
i have the UUC pulleys and the fan delete kit but i put them on sepertly. The pulleys help the engine rev faster and gives Hp troughout the power band. I have not noticed the differnence with the power steering after i put the pulleys on, its not harder to steer. I also recomend understeer.com because he ships the items fast and just like YoungExec728 said, he is a cool guy that whats to help. good luck
