Some people have been saying that the system U is too noisy on long highways trips. Im all for the system U (see sig below) but the TSE is a mellower exhaust.
In terms of weight and performance gain, they are about the same.

how does the uuc twin silecer sound? more liek the tse or the system u?
I believe TSE is the twin silencer. Basically UUC broke the exhaust into 2 seperate pipes from the cat --->back. You now run dual exhausts instead of the single cam.
note: the dual silencers are about the same size and configuration of the single muffer that is currently on your BMW.

Never learned...we have the same year/model...nice
The TSE is fairly quiet and refined....while the System U is a lot louder and burlier.
Personally I love the deeper tone, and I LOVE the low rumble you hear when you are cruising on the freeway. But if you are not a fan of that...the System U is not for you.
I have the System U and it's not bad on the highway. It has a low mellow tone if the revs stay around 3000 -3300 rpms. That'a cruziong at 80-85 mph on the highway.
