I want to actually decrease some of my negative camber I am experiencing on my 325is due to its stage 3 UUC suspension and I was thinking of installing m3 strut mounts..
Anyone ever done this, know how much camber difference there is between m and non m strut mounts?
They cost half as much as the SPC/UUC camber correction kits, and I dont really need adjustibility.
pretty sure that'll add more negative camber, i'm surprised you're having camber issues with uuc suspension anyhew, what are your issues, if you have a lot of tire wear you're toe might be messed up
I have excess tire wear and know that i have -2.0 camber on both front tires, had it aligned about a month ago, noticed it today when under my car that the insides of my tires are really wearing poorly.
i'm gunna have it re-aligned tomorrow or saturday if i finish putting everything back together in time.

did they say what you're toe was, you should have them set it to zero, that should help your tire wear issue, -2 isn't that much
decrease? sheeit im running almost -3* up front and about the same in the rear on my street car and the tires are wearing even, if i reduced it i'd be wearing on the outside... just dont slow down for turns...

wow e36s dont run much camber then, for e30s they run almost -2* stock..1" drop and you are looking at -2.5* dont even get me started on the amount of stock Caster....no wonder the E30s have so much better of a feel in the turns than E36's...

Well i finished putting the motor and tranny and everything back together today, I'll try to go get it re-done on saturday. I'll leave the camber alone and just make sure the toe is set correctly, I know its not 100% correct since it still pulls ever so very slightly to the right.

no eric just thinks -2 is a lot, i already said it wasn't a lot and he doesn't need to reduce it
ive seen people running -4.5 degree camber for autox... its not rare or anything...
hello, i'm not the one who said it was a lot, that was eric, stop reaffirming what i said as if you're educating me, sorry to snap at you, but please read the above posts before posting your own comments

toe will eat up your tires WAY faster than anything else...dial that in and just keep pitching it in the turns and you will be fine
