Urgent, Please Help: Best Buy Damaged My Car

I had a JVC KD-ar960 installed today in my 318, great head unit, problem is that when best buy was wiring everything they used a drill and made quite a scuff (about 1cm deep and 2cm wide and 4cm long) in my pocket below the OBC. When i say "pocket below OBC" i mean the little nook that allows you to slip sunglasses or something of that size in it .. its right in front of the shifter and right below the temperature read out. Well the scratch is goign to require this whole nook to be replaced.. what would that part be called (what would need to be replaced) and how much will it cost (including installation fees) .. best buy is willing to reimburse me but i need to go meet up with them tomorrow at 1.. so please help me out as i dont even know what the part is called otherwise id look it up myself

go to www.bestkits.com see if there is anything there. And second go to a place where the installers are paid on comission. not all but most of the time they are going to and willing to do a better job. but also they are willing to reimburse you so don't think to much about it.
