Unknown Object
After removing my headlights I found this object and dont know wtf is it... maybe somebody can clear this up for me

rbm323 is on a distinguished road
It is a sensor and has current on it .I believe iirc for washer warmer or sensor for some form of temp. reading. I was under the car and mines was just hanging there also. If you would note there is 1 on both sides of the air intakes(?) that can be seen from underneath. I thought they were the wires for fog lamps that I 've been trying to find.
