I have wrote them an e-mail about 10 days ago and until now I didn't got any answer

I just bought HID's from them. It took a while to ship (3 weeks). It's actually scheduled for delivery today. The customer service aspect was fairly good. I had to change my order and upgrade and it was handled well. When I get my lights i'll let you know my final verdit.

the longest one of my email inquiries went unanswered was a day. One of the reps said some kind of event was going on and my order would be shipped when they got back or something..i dont know what that was about but i assume thats why you havent heard from someone for that long. I was in no rush to get my lights so it didnt bother me. As long as the product is worth the wait

Matt usually answered my e-mails within 5 minutes...I'm not even kidding...I was installing my ZKW's on a Sat, or Sun afternoon...e-mailed back and forth for a while, then called and he just picked up the phone...my experience was AWESOME!!
