I have a 1997 328i coupe with the m3 motorsport alloys with 225/45/17 tyres what should the pressure be full laden 2 adults and 2 teenagers and a boot full.
Thank you in advance
Check the door jamb on the driver's side. It should show tire pressure there.
Might not be for those exact tires, but it'll give you something to go off of.

k, i looked at door jamb (these numbers are for 235 tire)
with "3 adults" it is this:
front = 33, rear = 36
@ full capacity it is this:
front = 36, rear = 42
it appears there is quite a bit of latitude in the psi (F 33-36, R 36-42), so any number in between (closer to the upper end of the spectrum) should suffice, since you'll have 4 adults plus cargo.
