Does anyone know at what RPM the second intake butterfly opens up at on a 318?

And can anyone point me to fender flares so I can tuck 9.5" wheels with 10.5" tires on a two door E36?

Yeah very large indeed, a lot of fender rolling by the sounds of it.

The butterfly valve opens at 4600rpm and closes when the revs go below 4100. You should feel it open (little bit more pull), at least i do.

As for the wheels you other guys, I will not roll the fenders. I am going to end up cutting the fenders up and custom fabbing flares.
