turn signals not working

earlier today i replaced one of my turn signal bulbs since it wasnt working, and after i hooked it in everything seemed fine. i turned on my headlights to test and the corner bulbs came on, so i figured everything had went fine. however i soon found out that my turn signals no longer work, nor hazard lights. i'm thinking i've blown a fuse as i've tried taking the bulb out/etc and my turn signals still don't work. the lights illuminate with the headlights, they just dont work when i hit a turn signal, front-side-back all do this, even my dash doesn't light up when i hit the turn signal. i'm positive i've blown a fuse, i just dont know where to buy them.

any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.

if it is not the fuse, then i believe i have your solution.

take the bulb back out and look at it.. there should be 2 filaments, not just 1. in europe they use only 1 filament, and in the US there are 2. 1 filament lights up for your parking lights, and the other lights up when you put on your turnsignal (or hazard lights). my thought is that you have the wrong type of bulb. but be sure to check your fuses first

Curious if this worked, I had a system failure where I replaced a lot of my components and if the markers are not functioning or shorted in the BULB itself would that cause the whole signal/hazard system to shut down?
