turbokits.com has kits for e36 for 3399, would you go for this or spend 5500 on a charger?

hmmm tempting offer. I know a lot of people here would recommend the super charger. Search the forum for answers to those questions, there have been a hundred threads on this topic before.

PS: if your car is an auto forget about a turbo, too hard on the tranny. from what I've heard.

3399 that's cheap! with the $ you save, you could install a ltw flywheel & e34 m5 clutch to handle the extra power:

thats not cheap, however that may be a crappy kit, they sell em on ebay for 3000, and its the same exact picture

well for a 325 i wouldnt pay under say 8grand for a turbo kit from aa haha with that said... aa supercharger 4900 or so...

that dude on ebay bought his kit from turbokits.com, he doesnt own them or work for them, i saw the auction, my car is an automatic so that is why i was more leaning towards the charger but for 2 grand less (if i am going with the turbo) i could do some other seious mods, and i just want some fukn power now cause this isnt cutting it for me

auto - don't turbo

I have heard the same thing that turbos can be real bad on the auto transmission. M3 engine swap? check and see how much that is looking at. It could be cheaper than a turbo anyways.
