friday i purchased my first bmw......96 328i and i know my name says 323ic and thats because that was the car i was supposed to get but neways back to the subject my inspection light is in the yellow and red so if im right would that entitle me to needing 1plugs 2fuel filter 3oil change 4plug wires 5 maybe an air filter? and my brake pads light is on so what would be a good brand of pads? and i was also thinkin maybe bosch platinums for plugs and probly a green air filter. i can do all this myself so labor is not an option but considering parts and mobil 1 synthetic oil abous how much is all this gonna ring up to?

anyways, spark plugs should run proly about 5-10 bucks a piece...

fuel filter i am allmost positive costs around 20 bucks

plug wires are pretty exspensive, not sure on exact price but somewhere around 80-100 bucks

K&N makes a nice filter, i've also heard good things about the green air filter... you can also think about getting a CAI(cold air intake) which would help build some a few more HP's...

as too your oil... if the car doesn't have synthetic in it now... its pointless to change oil to synthetic after 60,000+ miles...
