Trunk won't latch!

Kenati n00b Join Date: Feb 2004 Car: Posts: 1 Photos:	1997 328is... The trunk will not latch when I try to shut it. I noticed the two black lugs on each side of the locking post do not move when I activate/deactivate the alarm. In fact, they are stuck in the "out" position. I believe that's what is keeping the latch in the lid from catching on the locking post. Any suggestions? My CD changer is going to be stolen! Thanks, "Kenati"
