tranny swap

I tore out the syncro in 2nd gear of my car a couple weeks ago, and now I am seeking a replacement tranny.
I figured since I would have the transmission out, I may as well go ahead and put a new clutch in as well. I have no idea how old the clutch that is in it is. I have personally put about 20k miles on it. (the car has 168k miles) It has never slipped on me, but you never know what you are gonna see once you crack one open.
Did some searching around and was thinking of buying one of these F1 clutch kits. Granted I am not going to be taking it to the track anytime soon, but I do like to run it a bit on a nice sunny day.

Anyone got any opinions on these things?
