Thumbs up

Just got my 318i and looking to fix it up. College car and all so I need to keep it running for all those road trips ahead.

Its an automatic tranny so don't hate me to much :P but for now it's what I got.

Anyway the transmission has been slow to shift gears lately. It'll hang around in 1st or 2nd gear sometimes for a good 2 - 3 seconds before it switches up. Any ideas as to how to fix this short of replacing the whole thing?
