| red will make the car shake a little more, it's harder so that the mounts are stiffer, so the transmission wont move as much at all. Black will be a bit softer, easier ride, but allows the transmission to move a bit more to make the car a bit less shakey.
If you dont give a flip about a rough ride, I guess you could go track tranny mounts. Either one should help out a lot.
Since nobody else was posting, I'm just gonna state my opinion, I drive an automatic so I really dont know how bad the problem is first hand.
