Okay, I have a 99 323is. I currently have some rims that are 17 x 8.5 with 225/45 17. My car is also lowered with H&R sport springs. I wanted to maybe do a staggered offset and make the rears 245/40 17. Do you think it will rub or not. Mine currently only rub if I have 2 people up front a 3 in the back (adults) if I go over a dip or huge bump. Opinions from people that have the set up would be good.
Staggered offset? Do you men you are getting new wheels? If you want a staggered setup, which I don't know why you would want one, you could do it. If it rubs just get the inside of the fenders rolled. What is the offset of the wheels you have now or are goign to get?

Thats what I was thinking even as a 40 series tire, cause its close now since that car is low. I was thinking maybe and just maybe a 235/40 would be fine, but I am just going to stick with the 225's. Thanks for everyones opinion.
