Tints on a green bimmer?

What do your guys think? Would tints look good on my dark green bimmer or no?

hell yeah, my bmw is dark green and with 20% tint it looks amazing. i would definately get some tint, but make sure you atleast get 20%. oh, and don't forget to get the windshield strip.

Dude, you are living in fantasy land. If ever visit WI-Milwaukee, I will let you drive my car any day. 5% tint is perfectly fine, my mom has even drove my car on couple of occasions and never had a problem. All my friends have 5% tint, and practically, 50% of people go with 5% tint. You can ask any tinting place.

Wow. I would think when backing up at night, it would be impossible to see. Even with 20, its a bit hard to see, so i sometimes have to use my mirrors.

But seriously, get your windshield in 5. That would be sweeeet

rogue - do the police give you any sh*t over that? They are ridiculous where I live. In fact, a lot of people in my area don't tint the front windows, just the back b/c they're given such a hard time and I think that looks terrible.

Your car looks badass with that tint.

never tint your windshield, only get a strip. if the police is hard on tint around your area just settle with 20, although 5 is not bad and whoever said that around 50% of people get 5 is correct. i was just stating to atleast get 20, or it won't even seem like tint to you.

Im probably going to get my windows tinted this month, and it's just in time too cause they made it to where you can tint your car to whatever you want here in Georgia. Im probably only going to go with like a 12% tint.

Police in WI are quite lax, they never stop you for tint alone. You might get a ticket for tint, if you were stoped for something else and gave cop the hard time. I have been ticketed 4 times for speeding in tinted cars, and pulled over various times, but never was given a ticket for tint .

ALso, I didn't get the front strip in my car because the windshield is small enough and it is dark enough without it. Plus, if get the strip, there is no place for my radar detector. Valentine1 has to be mounted high, so if you have a passenger in the back, it can shoot over thier head, since it has the scanner in the back too .

For some reason I can't seem to get use to driving a tinted car, I don't feel safe or something, cause it does'nt give you the optimum visibility. Even though a tint on my black bmw looks amazing.
