Thud noise when shifting

Sometimes when I shift gears from 1st to 2nd, and sometimes from 2nd to 3rd gear, I hear a Thud noise. I dunno if I need to replace the clutch or what it is. If anyone has any advice please help me. I doubt the problem is serious because it doesnt affect the way the car drives, its just the noise has got me curious. Thanks in advance.

well, i read on here that there is a test you can do. start the car and just have it run(dont move(no gas)(be in park))(he). put it into 4th gear. then let go of the clutch. if you stall right away, your clutch should be fine. if it takes a second to stall, it may need to be replaced.

Sounds like the gears are slapping. Does it only happen on colder days? or during hard cornering?
