Threw on some new 17's ....

My kid smacked a concrete median with her car the other day coming home from school.... Could've been worse. At least she didn't hit anybody else... Anyway, trashed, I mean broke, the two left side rims (stock 10-spoke "i" rims...), and destroyed the Yokohamas that were on there. Called up the local rim guy and he fixed me up with some new 5-spoke 17's off the E46 types. Here's a pic .... nothin special really, trying to maintain a stockish appearance. Decided to use Yokohama AS430's in the 225/45-17 size (AA/A rated). Have to be careful with size choice because of clearance issues with the front struts, not a lot of room to play with.













About 1/2" clearance against the front strut body....
