If you look up in the top right hand corner on the ebay page, you'll see that it's a reputable seller. He has over 2000 comments with a 97.8% positive feedback and has been a member since 2001. I think if you were email/contact the seller he would answer any of your questions.

I agree with Cruzin 323is. $169.00 for Euro Ellipsoids (OE) is hard to beat.

IMHO the depo e36 projector headlights look best. Ellipsoids are over done in my area. Only one person in my area has them and he really turn heads. Especially since he turns on the angel eyes the minute the sun goes down till its fully dark.
