I like #2 better but they won't fit on your car. #1 will fit for sure but you need to know what the offset is...

how do you know 2 won't fit, and how do i find out offset for #1?

#1 will fit. no prob

#2 will not because they are OEM for the e46 m3. There are replicas of those that will fit an e36 and 346, however the OEMs will only fit the M3.

go with number 1. like stated above the OEM M3's do fit but not without a lot of extra work. so in other words dont bother .

sounds resonable. I got my optional OEM 325 rims and tires for 390 shipped after both rims and tires were destroyed on the right side of my car.
