Looking to incease the HP in my 328i, is there a known chip replacement or method for reflash that works?

Any info appreciated.

There are no chips available for 96+ (OBD2). Only software reprogramming. The flash programming tools you can buy such as TMS's shark injector are supposed to increase performance, though I've heard from people that all it really does it raise the rev limiter.
