Terrible creak when turning wheels

I have a 97 328i and I have this terrible creaking when I turn the wheels. The creaking is consistent from lock to lock and regardless of speed. To top it off, I have noticed that my car is starting to wander at higher speeds. I can't do 90 anymore without white knuckles. This noise showed up immediately after I replaced the following about 6 months ago...

New Bilstein shocks and struts all around (sports)
Bav Auto sport springs
new control arms with Mehle metal ball joints
new M3 control arm bushings
new tie rods (both inner and outer)
new brakes and rotors within the last year
new trailing arm bushings (poly from Bimmer world)
new rogue engineering rear shock mounts.
New front end links for stablizer bar

Also 4 wheel alignment - this was done twice!!! said that the car was out of alignment the second time but the noise, though less, never disappeared.

I have tightened and re-tightened everything in this car at least 4 times to torque specs (and sometimes more)

The only things that I can think of are strut mounts (appeared fine) and/or stabilizer bushings. Nothing else seems wrong. The noise is not getting any worse, but the car is wandering more. anyone have any ideas?
