Taillights And Corners

When tuning one's car, one might strive to make their car "individual", different from all of the others of the same kind.

Thats why we have various exterior modifications and such, one of the most popular on BMW's being upgrading the taillights to euro spec (no amber), and the amber corners to clear corners.

But it is done to every done up BMW nowadays, and it really does look great ...But I think that that individuality is taken away if everyone does the same thing. n

So here's my idea...

Has anyone ever tried smoking the amber parts of the tail lights and the amber corner signals? In my head I think it might look cool, but I want to get suggestions from you guys first :P .

Its been done just as much as clears. If your car is black it will work.

They make an aftermarket light that is already smoked in the places you are talking about(if that tells you it is popular enough).

The clear lights do not change your car from everything but from the 40 year old ladies that drive them. At least when you see a car witht he aftermarket lights you know the person is usually someone who is younger and takes care of their car(maybe a bit of a tuner).

if u try to spray tint(smoke) then u will still be able to see the amber, which can look good on some cars.. or it can look like crap! to each his own... i would still like to see what the LED tails look like...
