Tail Lights Question

My GF bought me some OEM Style euro clear taillights. Now I don't have my original stock tails anymore but some aftermarket lights. the new lights don't have any wiring on them at all. they have the master plug but that's it. the new lights don't have the plugs where the bulbs go either which sucks ass. do I have to do some sort of wiring with these? I know I need to get the holders for the bulbs but what else do I need to do?

I'm not sure. They're not like BAVAUTO style or something. look and FIT perfect but I'm kind of confused by how they work...
