tail light fuse

i have a 1992 318i 5speed every thing works great except for the right side tail light fuse keeps blowing out i thought it was the tail lights so i bought some m3 style tail lights that came with new circuit bord on the back but they look good but the fuse kieeps blowing any ideas

Could be a worn or chaffed wire that keeps shorting out.

Maybe check in this area, as witeshark said, a chaffed wire!
