just bought some silver stars tonight, and i like them a lot more than my old lights.
very easy to install too. all it is is a twist, a pull and the old light is out. to put them in it is just a push, and twist, then you are done.
they are much nicer than my older sylvania whatever yellow lights.
Here are before pictures:

thats some imagination u got there....lol
i think they are over-rated!! i first point ellipsoids and realized that that was the best mod that i have had soo far... and realized how much better the projecters were.. then bought the silverstars to go in with them.. didn't think they were too good... too bad i broke the plan old h1 bulb when putting it in... anyways.. just thought i would throw my 2 cents in!
brien your right light does look like it is going farther than your left. when i turn mine on they kind of go together towards the center. i am not perfectly sure but maybe they need a little adjusting, its worth a try probably.

i might just go try to get anew set of bulbs.... hopefully pepboys doesnt give me shit.
they dont project light further, or at least very much, but you are getting rid of the dirty yellow and clears up the visibility that you have.

I just bought from kensu, $180 shipped for the euro depos. that's the last link provided by cruzin, also bought depo crystal fogs from him for another $80.
Also, sylvania silverstars are crap compared to osram silverstars, osram provides about 20% more light than sylvania, because osram doesn't have the blue tinting that distorts light displacement. I just got 2 pairs of osram silverstars from suvlights.com for $56 shipped. But its true osram silverstars are just a plain, very bright white light, but that's what I like.
