Well, those are two interesting options.
The H&R kit is going to shred your rear tires because of very excessive camber. This can be corrected for no more than $300 by buying a camber kit. You could buy a cheaper kit, but then you are usually just buying yourself a headahce.
The bekkers, I do not know anyone that has them on their car. I wouldn't go for them simply because the only good coil-overs I know for our cars put out by bilstein costs about $1,000. So I would be at least a little suspect of the quality of the suspension. However, I have seen them recommended once or twice, but so far no takers that I know of.
Then of course there are the usual pros and cons of coil-overs vs. more traditional set up. You can do a little search and find those. Or I see furious is in the topic, he might just copy and paste it for you.
