I was thinking about get bilsteins with HR springs ,

I saw HR Cups, is this the same kind of replacement?

Which one is better?

Any reccomendations on what to get and where?
I am looking for better hadling, slight lowering, but I still want to be able to drive on the street without have to jump everytime I run over a pebble.
