Suspension Bottoming out on the right pass side

I know that the AC compressor and other things are on that side adding about 80 lbs. But with the speed bumps on campus, I bottom out pretty bad if there is anything or anyone in the car except me. So, I am thinking about changing springs to H&R OE sports. Does any one have any input about these? How much worse is my handling going to be? I would really like to keep a stiff spring but I need the extra clearance compared to the bavarian auto springs. Any one else have another idea? larger wheels are out of the question, too expensive among other reasons.

oh boy... H&R springs are wonderful... I've have their springs... full custom race springs set to the exact weight by H&R.. and now I have some others... coils... they are wonderful products.. I would venture to say it would in my opinion handel better with the H&Rs... I love their stuff... by far one of the best companys I've delt with in the past 7 years with my M... Good Luck...


BTW this is just my opinion...

any body have experiance with the OE Sport version of these springs? These are the ones that only drop about an inch, I think it is actually a little less.
