what do you guys and girls know about air bag suspension for e36's? im talking about the operateable suspension kits with a compressor and all.

does any one have expirience and knows where to get em'?

There was a post about this a while back. I think it was in the BMW motorsports section of the forum. As I recall, it seemed as though everyone looked down upon it as being "ricey". As far as I can recall, I've never ran into or heard of a BMW with the airbag suspension. However, there is no reason why you could not do it. However, I highly doubt that there are kits for it. You would have to custum fab the mounting points for the air suspension and figure out how to power the compressors on your own. Which isn't a huge deal. The easy part is you can still buy all of the parts to do it. You'll just have to measure how much room you have to work with in your car and with your wheel/tire package. Then call the manufactures and get detailed dimension specs.

The only air suspension I have heard about were marketed to the Mustang and Camero crowd. The american "muscle"(if you can call it that). I don't know how it would be on a BMW, but why would you want to do it anyways?
