Sunroof Opening Delay And Driver Window Opening St

Hi,

I have a 1993 E36 320i Coupe and have a prolem with the sunroof and driver window. When the car is turned on the sunroof does not open but after 2-3 mins of use it then opens, also the driver window only opens at 1inch intervills. so repetitive pushing of switch is needed to open fully but when closing only one push of switch is needed for full shut. when you get out of the car the window goes down a fraction as normal but does not go back up.

See if this cures your window problem. Get in the car, close the door, turn the ignition on and press and hold the window switch in the up position until u hear a clunk and then let go. Then do the same again, this time holding the down position. Might wanna try this a couple of times...

If that doesn't cure the problem, u might wanna get the drivers door latch looked at...
