Ok, the car is '98 328i with sport package. opened sunroof, but when I tried to close it, it's not closing ghead . The windows work fine, everything seems to be normal. It's seems like the switch broke, but when I push to open, I can feel it shaking, so, it can open, but it will not close Please help me with this problem, it's really wierd. ull prob break it trying to pull on it. if u do. pull the sun roof and the liner. or u will definetely break it. ive broken my sunroof. if you know what your doing it will be easy to fix, but its a hassle. i dont even open my roof anymore. its not gonna be your switch if u hear it jamming

it seems that something is not allowing the sunroof to slide freely, or it could be ur motor?

Can you remove the roof cover? from inside I mean, we'll check it out, as I said, when you push the "back"or "open"(however you wanna call it) it seems like motor is woking it doesn't slide back though(where to? ) but when you press close, it's dead....
