Hey I just installed my pump last week or so... got it from

www.bimmerparts.com

They have a sale on them.. only like 32 buxs... I'd go there.... its a metle impellar... and I got the housing for the thermo pretty cheap.. with a new thermostat really really cheap... talk to them...

my guess is they are both oem. and the same. just diffrent coloring/lighting.

OEM=Original Equipment Manufacturer...it denotes the same part made by the same manufacturer that's put on the car originally.
