Strange Creaking Noise

Recently I have noticed when I turn the wheel to the right, either when I am stopped or when I am moving at slow speeds there is a loud, deep creaking sound coming from the front right wheel well, sort of like when your closing a door. There is no sound when i am at higher speeds. I am not sure what this could be, does anyone have any suggestions? I have looked under and doesnt look like anything is broken, I will take a closer look later in the week.

creeking is one thing i havent had experience with but i might as well suggest checking the following just in case..

balljoints, upper control arm bushings (i think its upper and the balljoint is lower), also an idea is maybe to check the condition of your strut and spring, along with the pearches.
