I really like my 328iS sport suspension and how the car sits. The car has 115K miles and I think it's time it gets replaced. I've started kicking around the idea of just replacing the suspension with a new factory sport suspension. But, I haven't been able to find those parts for sale anywhere.
Sports have a shorter tube for lowering springs. I got mixed reviews about using them with stock ride height when I was looking to do that. HDs are just heavy duty ones made for use iwth the stock coils.

Unless the springs are broken you don't need to replace them. Bilstein touring or HD are what you want to get for shocks/struts. The HDs are a little bit beefier and add to handling.
