Will the stock lower front bumper air ducts fit onto a M3 OEM bumper?

Funny you should post that...I have it on authority that they will have to be replaced....if you upgrade to the M3 bumper.

Do I also need the spoiler transition piece? The triangular black plastic piece at the bottom of the spoiler.

That I don't know...sorry..I'll know when I get the bill for the "extra" parts that my insurance won't cover...although the stock one was damaged in the deer incident...dealer told me I'll only have to pay for the parts that weren't damaged that do need to be changed for example ONE brake duct...hehehe
