Stock 325 0-60 Times?

I have a 1995 325is and it is pretty much stock, well yeah it's stock. Only mod. is a replacement of the original filter with another flat filter (K&N). The car was this way when I bought it a while back.

I'm going to do some mods, but before I do I was wondering if anyone has any or "KNOWS" what they 0-60, 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile, etc. times are for the e36 model 325, preferably 1995 models, but any will work.

A friend of mine has a G-Tech and I timed mine with my clutch going out. Even with it slipping ALOT i got 0-60 in 7.00 seconds flat. I was wondering what a 325 will do without a bad clutch just so I have an idea of what it CAN belike with the mods I have in mind. Thanks in advanced

MSN Autos lists a 1995 318ti with 138hp that gets 0-60 in 7.68 seconds, so I'm thinking I should be getting around 6.5 sec or so, maybe better.

oh really, i thought it would be better than that, but i've never seen dynos or anything for a stock 325.

i bet i'd be hard to get a 325 0-60 in around 6 seconds flat wouldn't it? that was my goal, but i'll have to do more than bolt ons and cams to get that kind of time won't i? or is it possible with just those?

with simple bolt ons.. u can def do that... and a chip and cams!!!

The stock time is 7.2 seconds 0-60 by the book and 15.9 1/4 mile. There are a couple of different sites that tell me the same times.

I had a friend time me and i was right around there maybe a bit slower(it was a while ago i can't remember my exact)

I had him time me with the conforti chip installed too last week and I got something like 6.6-6.8 We only did it a couple of times. The best thing to do is time yourself like 10 times and get your average, saying that they are not all crap shifting and such. I am hoping for sub 6 0-60 after all is said and done(chip, CAI, exhaust, cams, and most important wheels and tires).
