Still have a hesitation NEED HELP

Been working on my 1993 325 IS 5 speed car. I am getting a hesitation or sputtering at low RPM. If I nail the gas moving in gear or at idle the engine sputters until about 2500 RPM then runs smooth. If I ease the gas on it does not do this have changed plugs to NGK plugs # BKR 6EK they are dual electrode and cannot be gapped. The K&N filter was just cleaned all ignition modules checked and I am not getting any engine codes. Any would would be great Thanks

check all your vacuum lines and hoses; make sure connections are tight. make sure there are no obvious obstructions in intake/ exhaust...also check the throttle body assembly make sure its not sticking. do you have traction control?

Define sputtering: Is is a misfire? Popping noise out the intake? Stumbling? Or something else?

Dirty MAS? Sometimes the oil from the cleaning agents of the air filters get on the MAS and could cause a problem like that.

You may also want to check what fuel pressure is the fuel pump making,
5psi difference will make a big difference on actual fuel injected since it is a exponential relationship between fuel rail pressure and actual fuel injected trough the injector.

So you may also want to make sure that the pump is indeed in good shape...
