aotiko Neutral Member Join Date: May 2004 Car: Posts: 92 Photos:	If I turn down my radio while the car is on and move the wheel back and forth while I am not moving, it feels and sounds like rubber bands tearing behind hte wheel. What could this be? It has to be why my wheel pulls on the highway after I got my tires aligned and balanced.
