Starter Problems

Hey guys.

So my starter is pooched and I need to install another... Since buying my BMW I have learned a TON about it from fixing most of the things so far on my own.... I really like working on it.

So my question is: How do replace the starter? Is it a easy task. I've looked on a few of my DIY links that I have, and can't find one...

Any help is appreciated!

not real easy. Was a pain in the ass to do when we did my engine swap. It's in a tight place and kind of hard to get to. So the answer is no, it's not hard, but it's time consuming and frustrating. check pelicanparts.com. I think they had a DIY on there.
