Guys what does this button do, mine don't seem to do anything but it maybe a central locking button? if so it may not work on mine due to the uprated alarm that was fitted by a previous owner, but its just bugging me now
...This aint a very good first post is it? Hehe!!
Thanks in advance dudes!
Regards,
Am
PS: Pic aint clear, its a window with a lighning sign thru it?
Hmm, I'm not totally 100% sure about this but it might be the button you press so that the back windows can't go up and down. It's a child-safety feature
do what 007ben said and if it says nothing, press it and go to back seat and try to mess with windows. Press it again, and play with back windows from back seat. If nothing changes, shit who knows!
Its a UK spec and I aint got a manual and I'm in the process of getting one of the unofficial (Haynes) manuals, don't think it is for the rear windows especially cos my back windows are manual wind (front electric only). The reason I ask is because I was playing around with it a couple of days ago and went to the car today and I had a flat battery, cant imagine it being this but cant find anything else it could be??? ghead
NO NO, It disables all power windows. I have no idea why, but it does. Probably if you leave the car running with kit in it you just crack the windows and press the buton.
The rear window lock is in between the driver window switch and rear left passenger swtich.

haha kevin i was about to put my reply in but i see you saved the day. I believe it is a circuit breaker so when you press all the window buttons down it doesn't kill your battery. It actually popped out on me one night when I was closing all the windows at the same time (4 door) and watching my headlights dim (not good to do). Correct me if I'm wrong though.
Yeah, that's what it is. If you read in the manual it says it's a circuit breaker for the windows. But I forget why they said it was there, anyways it's kinda weird.
