Is it normal for a 97 328i to have a squeaky clutch pedal when press and depress to change gears? Is driving me insane. I took the inside cover off and greased it up, but still making the noise. Damn plastic clutch pedals! What happen to the old metal ones?
I have a 2000 Z3 2.8 and I have the same problem. I removed the panel that covers the pedal actuation area and WD-40'ed everything I could reach, but still have a squeek. I'll keep you posted on my next try, please keep me posted on things you try.
