Speedometer "a" Signal Error Code 1234

I was just wondering if anyone had ever seen this error code before, and what was done to fix it. My check engine light came on, and when I checked the codes I got a 1234 which says its the Speedometer "A" Signal.


I have tested the wiring comming from my rear diff sensor, It is ok fom the rear diff all the way to the cluster. I have also tried to re-solder some contacts on the back of the guage cluster with no fix.

Anyone have any other ideas??

not sure , never had that code or had someone with that code, what did you do to pull the code, which device?
secondlly i would call your local dealership to see if they can give you some headway on where to check. some dealerships will give you decent advice and some will just say "well you have to bring it in so we can check....."
