Hey,
I got same car, same year! Go with the NGK, dual electrodes.
There were two types on the original, the Bosch 4 and the NGK.

Platinum is fine. But don't be too hung up on em being platinum.
oh no i will change the plugs everyear probly, but the question is do i need regualr plugs or dual electrode plugs?
I agree! Platinum or not, I can't see going too long between tune-ups anyway.

I have tried both and do not see a difference between dual or regular. NGK single non-platinum is just fine. My 318is had 365000 KMs and my 325is has 225000 KMs on OEM plugs changed yearly. Just make sure you change 'em every year.
I installed the OEM NGK Platinum's that the dealership sold me about 1500 miles ago. Wether or not they were the single or dual I dont remember, but I have been consistently getting 3-4 miles per gallon better fuel economy.
